How do conductors live out servant leadership in their rehearsal techniques and practices? This session will apply the key ideas from the morning plenary to the vocal rehearsal techniques and overall leadership of the ensemble, with particular application to women’s voices as the often-unrewarded leaders within the choral program. Members of the North Central College Women’s Chorale will serve as the demonstration ensemble.
