Singing the Gelineau Psalms

The Gelineau psalm tones and Grail translation of the psalms have been a vital part of English language worship since the early 1960’s; their popularity remains to this day. This workshop will demonstrate proper performance practices of the tones, as well an exploration of the Grail psalm translation, which is rooted firmly in the Hebraic biblical poetic tradition.
